We use personal data to identify customers and manage access rights, to deliver orders from registered users, and to maintain and develop our customer relationships.

We collect and process customer data with your consent, or to carry out an agreement we make with you.

What we store

What we collect, and for how long

The register can contain: company name, business ID, email address, phone number, personal identity code, username and password.

We collect this information from you directly, from public registers within the limits of the law (for example ytj.fi), and through the analytics tool Google Analytics.

We keep personal data for as long as we need it to carry out our agreement with you or to develop our customer service.

Sharing

We do not routinely share your data outside our company. Some of the external service and software providers we use may store data outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

Cookies

How we use cookies

Our website uses cookies: small text files sent to and stored on your computer. They let us recognise returning visitors, make logging in easier and put together combined data about our visitors. This helps us keep improving the site. Cookies do not harm your computer or files.

If you do not want us to collect this information, most browsers let you switch cookies off in their settings. Please note that some pages and services may need cookies to work properly. You can find more in our cookie policy.

Security

How we protect the register

Data is transferred over an SSL-secured connection. Electronic data is protected by a firewall, usernames and passwords. Only staff of the data controller who need the data for their work have access to it.

We do not make automated individual decisions (Article 22 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation).
