Your journey into reindeer life begins in our auditorium, where a local guide introduces you to the annual cycle of reindeer and traditional reindeer herding.
Next, we drive approximately 1.5 km in our own vehicles to the feeding area in our 200-hectare Reindeer Park. Together with your guide, you will call and feed the reindeer, with plenty of opportunities to observe and photograph them up close.
Afterwards, enjoy coffee or tea and a local bun in a traditional Lappish kota or laavu while listening to stories from our local guides.
You are also welcome to explore the forest trails independently after the guided programme.

Our guide will present a slideshow explaining the annual cycle of reindeer life in the Arctic Circle in the auditorium

Getting there
You will drive with your own car, behind our guide, to the reindeer herding area

Feeding the reindeer
After calling the reindeer to a feeding place, you ge to feed the reindeer and hear interesting facts about these fascinating animals

Picnic
After feeding the reindeer you get to sit down and relax, enjoy hot drinks and sweet local pastry
